ABOUT MON LAFERTE
Chilean singer, multi-instrumentalist and actress who became a star with singles like "Tu Falta De Querer," "Amor Completo" and "Tormento." She made her acting debut playing Eli in the 2013 film Japy Ending.
She began studying at a music conservatory in Viña del Mar at age 13. She later began her career by playing bars in Valparaíso.
She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2009.
Her real name is Norma Monserrat Bustamante Laferte. Her younger sister is Solange Bustamante.
She has covered Selena Quintanilla 's "Como la Flor."
