Runner-up and eventual winner of The Bachelor. She won the heart of Jason Mesnick , marrying him on February 27th, 2010.

She played varsity basketball and was a golfer in high school. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Culture.

She co-hosts The Bender Nation on 106.1 Kiss FM.

She has a step-son named Ty and a daughter named Riley.

Jason Mesnick initially chose Melissa Rycroft as the winner of The Bachelor, but his heart eventually longed for Molly.
