Bowler for Bangladesh who became the BBC Bowler of the Year and All-Rounder of the Year in 2006.

He made his ODI debut for Bangladesh in 1995.

He became the first Bangladeshi player to have taken 100 wickets in both Tests and ODI's.

His father died when he was very young.

He competed against England's Sajid Mahmood in the 2007 Cricket World Cup.
