ABOUT MOHAMED SYLLA

Well known by the stage name MHD, he is a French hip-hop, "Afro Trap" rapper who put out a debut, self-titled album called MHD in April of 2016. The album peaked at #2 on the Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique.

He first made a name for himself after publishing online content and appearing on programs which include Skyrock radio's Le Petit Journal and the youth radio show Mouv.

He joined a rap collective called 19 Réseaux.

He was born in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, France. His father is Guinean and his mother is Senegalese.

Fally Ipupa was one of the featured artists on his debut album.
