Reality star famous for her appearances in 2 episodes of Dance Moms . In one episode of the show, she gets into a yelling match with the dance studio's owner, Abby Lee Miller . The fight led to the cops being called on her. She became the senior pastor of Otterbein UMC, New Kensington, Pennsylvania, in 2018. She posts photos of her family and dogs, as well as motivational content, on her dawnlynncheck Instagram page, which has gained 1,000 followers.

Before becoming a reality star and minister, she held jobs working as a writer and as a radio producer.

After being kicked out of the Abby Lee Dance Company, she enrolled her daughter in the Dance Expressions studio. Footage of her feud with Abby was included in the series, Dance Moms Funniest Fights.

Her daughter, Regan Check . was one of the young dancers in Dance Moms.

She and Paige Hyland starred in Dance Moms.
