ABOUT MILES MASTROBUONI

Professional second baseman and middle infielder that was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays during the 14th round of the 2016 Major League Draft. A few years later, he was acquired by the Chicago Cubs via trade in November 2022.

He was selected from the University of Nevada, Reno . During his junior year, he was named to the second team All-Mountain West.

He made his official major league debut playing against the Toronto Blue Jays on September 22, 2022 as a member of the Rays. After making his debut, he became the 24th baseball player in Nevada's program history to make the major leagues.

Growing up, he lived with his family in San Ramon, California; but later moved to New Jersey. He is one of two brothers. He has dated Jessica Kulick.

He played alongside Randy Arozarena and Wander Franco in his MLB debut.
