ABOUT MIKLAS MANNEKE

Student Academy Award nominated director who has won more than 35 international awards, including the Amnest International Award. He worked on a United Nations-supported virtual reality and film project revolving around the refugee crisis.

He graduated from AFDA Film School in 2013. He then studied directing and documentary production at Emerson College .

He became a brand ambassador for Leica. His work has been featured by Instagram and Harvard University .

He is from the Johannesburg area of South Africa.

He and Tosca Musk are both South African filmmakers.
