ABOUT MIKE RICE

Rutgers head coach was fired in 2013 after a video was released of him verbally abusing his team.

He played four years of college basketball at Fordham University from 1987 to 1991.

He has also held assistant coaching positions with Marquette, Chicago State and the University of Pittsburgh.

He and his wife Terry Tack have two children, Michael Jr. and Katie.

He was an assistant coach to future NBA player Sam Young at the University of Pittsburgh.
