Canadian indie-pop singer who rose to fame for his debut single, "Who Do You Love," which was released in the summer of 2019. He released his debut EP, 21st Century Heartbreak, the following year. He performs songs on his micotoronto TikTok account, which has attracted more than 900,000 followers.

He was originally inspired to pursue singing by his father's music collection. He initially gained fame on social media by singing in Discord voice chats.

His 2021 single "down!" has racked up more than 3 million plays on Spotify. He co-founded the UGLYSTUPIDFRIENDS collective.

He was born Miguel Veloso in Toronto, Canada.

His early musical influences included 5 Seconds of Summer , Jeremy Zucker , and Bruno Mars .
