ABOUT MICK TUCKER
Best known for his work with the 1970s British rock band The Sweet, he also performed with a 1960s psychedelic and R&B band called Wainwright's Gentlemen.
Early in his career, he recorded a 1960s cover of "Ain't That Just Like Me."
He died of leukemia at the age of fifty-four.
With his first wife, Pauline, he had a daughter named Ayston. After Pauline's 1979 death, he married a woman named Janet.
He and Steve Priest were both founding members of The Sweet (which was called Sweetshop at the time of its inception).
