Athlete and personal trainer most well known for competing several times on the obstacle course reality series American Ninja Warrior.

Before becoming a personal trainer, she was an event coordinator in Columbus, Ohio.

After appearing several times on American Ninja Warrior, she and the Wilczewski Brothers created the Movement Lab Ohio, a parkour training facility.

Her father's name is Chris.

Both she and Brian Arnold are popular American Ninja Warrior competitors.
