Professional chef and television personality known primarily for appearing on the competition cooking series MasterChef as well as MasterChef Junior . He has accumulated over 120,000 followers on his michelmoran_official Instagram account.
Prior to the beginning of his professional culinary career, he studied at the Jean Drouant hospitality school.
He opened his own restaurant called Bistro de Paris in 2004. Two years later he was given the French Order of Agricultural Merit award for his usage of France-based fish and other French seafood.
