Ironman cover model and athlete for 1st Phorm Elite who became well known for his fitness Instagram account which he called nodonutshere. He also joined the New York Police Department as a police officer, and has done some personal training as well.
He first started working out when he only 12 years old as he was training for football. He also played baseball, tennis and enjoyed swimming growing up.
He played middle linebacker for Pace University, but suffered an injury that ended his football career. He earned a degree in criminal justice from the school.
He was born and raised in New York. He began dating a personal trainer and fitness coach named Eillen Vent .
He appeared on the Andy Cohen -hosted Bravo series Watch What Happens L!ve.
