Famous for her self-titled design brand of jewelry, accessories, and fashion. She has partnered with Reebok to create jumpsuits, and garnered popularity to her melodyehsani Instagram account for showcasing her fashion design.

She earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology from UCLA. She originally began attending law school before segueing into fashion design and founding her brand in 2008.

She has amassed more than 310,000 followers to her eponymous Instagram account. She was profiled in Create & Cultivate in 2016.

Her parents both worked as artists. She married Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea in 2019. In December 2022, she and Flea welcomed their first child.

She has owned and operated her own eponymous store on famed Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles alongside Drake 's OVO store.
