ABOUT MEHDI KERKOUCHE
French dancer, entertainer, performer, choreographer, and actor known for being the founder of the dance company EMKA, for appearing in the Just Dance video game series, and for appearing in an episode of Becoming Karl Lagerfeld (2024).
He began training in dancing when he was 6 years old. He joined the Académie Internationale De La Danse in 2005. He performed and toured in multiple musicals in the 2000s.
He began gaining fame after appearing in Just Dance 3 video game in 2011 and contributed to many of the subsequent video game series. He is trained in many different dance styles including hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, and ballet. He is openly gay and is an LGBT rights supporter.
He was born and raised in Suresnes, France. He is of Algerian descent.
He appeared alongside Daniel Brühl , Théodore Pellerin , and Alex Lutz in Becoming Karl Lagerfeld in 2024.
