Metal guitarist best known for his guitar and keyboard skills, having been a member in multiple different power and heavy metal groups. His Guitar MAX YouTube channel features guitar and equipment reviews for his more than 230,000 subscribers.

He began playing the violin when he was eight. He formed his first band, Graceful Chaos, with several friends when he was fifteen.

He was a guitarist in the American heavy metal bands Hellion and Society 1. He has performed at various charity events, including Rockers Against Human Trafficking and the Metalheads for Homeless Veterans Foundation. He is also the host of the weekly Maxed-Out Metal Hour Show.

He moved to Los Angelos in 2007. He married his wife Cindy in August 2015.

He collaborated with Michael Angelo Batio on the song "Axis Accelerator."
