ABOUT MAU NIETO
Mexican comedian who is known both for his stand up material and his television appearances. He has recorded his own Netflix stand up special and has also starred in the television series Sobrevivi where he played Mesero.
He started his career as a stand up comedian in 2012 and performed at several clubs throughout Mexico City. He started gaining attention for his comedy in 2018 when he released his first Netflix special Viviendo Sobrio... Desde el Bar.
He is known for having participated in several group stand up specials as well including Stand Up Sin Fronteras in 2013 and Comedy Central Presenta: Stand Up 2015.
While he was born in Iztapalapa, he was raised in Coapa Mexico. He has a brother named Roy. He began dating medicine doctor Carla Fernández.
He starred alongside Sofia Niño de Rivera and Ricardo Peralta in the 2018 television series Sobrevivi.
