ABOUT MATTHEW WOLFF

Professional PGA golfer and former college All-American known primarily for his appearances during the Masters Tournament, PGA Championships and the U.S. Open in 2020. He has been ranked as high as the 12th best golfer in the world as of June 2021.

Prior to his PGA career, he attended Oklahoma State University where he received All-American honors, as well as the Phil Mickelson Award for being the nation's top freshman player in 2018.

He received his first professional title on July 7, 2019, after winning the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota.

He was born in Simi Valley, California to Bill and Shari Wolff. He grew up in Agoura Hills.

After winning the the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities golf tournament in 2019, he became the third player ever to win an NCAA title and PGA Tour event in the same calendar year, making history alongside golfers Tiger Woods and Ben Crenshaw .
