ABOUT MATT RICHARDSON
British comedian who co-presented the ITV2 spin-off show, The Xtra Factor, with co-host Caroline Flack , in 2013. He has won several awards for Act of the Year at various comedy festivals and competitions.
He was 18 when he started his career as a stand-up comedian and made it to the So You Think You're Funny finals, and was named the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year in 2010.
His work took a more sociological bent in 2012 when he released A Little Bit OCD, a documentary about people who suffered from obsessive-compulsive disorder.
He revealed on the October 11, 2013, episode of Channel 4's panel show, 8 Out of 10 Cats, that he was living with his girlfriend.
He was a popular guest star on such shows as Have I Got News for You and The Bubble, which starred David Mitchell .
