ABOUT MATT PEACOCK

Professional baseball player most known for being a pitcher with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

He went to Saraland High School in Saraland, Alabama, where he was an All-State honorable mention in his junior year. He then went on to play baseball for the University of South Alabama.

He played his first major league game on April 21, 2021.

In 2016, after undergoing arm surgery, he chose not to return to baseball for a year and instead worked at his uncle's sawmill. He is married to Preslie Peacock.

He is similar to former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Brandon Webb .
