Right-handed pitcher who made his MLB debut in 2007 for the New York Yankees and pitched again in 2008 for the Atlanta Braves.

He graduated from Union Area High School in Pennsylvania.

At Marietta College, he set NCAA Division III records in wins and strikeouts.

He grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

He was a teammate of lefty control artist Tom Glavine on the Braves in 2008.
