Notably known by the stage name Marwan Pablo, he is a rapper, songwriter, singer and producer. He's commonly recognized for being one of the most important and influential voices in the genre of Egyptian Trap music. He has accumulated over 2.3 billion views on his self-titled MARWAN PABLO YouTube channel.

He began making music in 2015 under the name of Dama. In 2017, he took a hiatus from music and came back by the name of Marwan Pablo.

In his 2019 single "Free," he mentions that his nickname Marwan Pablo is a reference to both Pablo Escobar and Pablo Picasso .

He was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt.

He and fellow rapper Abo El Anwar collaborated on a track together.
