ABOUT MARIO HOLLANDS

Pitcher who was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies out of UC Santa Barbara in 2010. He spent several successful seasons in the Phillies' minor league system before being called up to the majors in 2014.

He played high school baseball El Cerrito High School in El Cerrito, California.

He is passionate about fashion and enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in 2013.

His parents are David Hollands and Maria Lemus Hollands. He has one sister, named Tanya.

He joined fellow pitcher Cliff Lee in Philadelphia in 2014.
