ABOUT MARCO LUCIANO

Professional shortstop that was originally signed by the San Francisco Giants as an international free agent in 2018. Following the 2022 regular season, he was named one of the Giants' number one overall MLB prospects.

He initially began his professional career playing for the AZL Giants rookie affiliate team. He was only a teenager at the time.

He recorded a career-high 19 home runs during the 2021 minor league season. He also collected a career high 102 hits and 71 runs batted in during the 2021 season.

Growing up, he lived with his family in San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic.

He was named one of the top 25 MLB prospects overall following the 2022 minor league season just like Gunnar Henderson .
