ABOUT MANNY KHOSHBIN

Real estate investor and author who became the president and chairman of The Khoshbin Company Inc. Founded in the early 2000s, the company holds a portfolio of Class A and B industrial, retail, and office properties across seven states, with more than $1.5 billion in transactions.

Today, he is a passion-driven leader in his field, specializing in repurposing office space in the post-COVID era by selling to top home builders, including Toll Brothers and Meritage.

After fleeing the war in Iran in 1984, he came to the United States at the age of 14. What he lacked in financial resources and English skills, he made up for with persistence and drive. By 16, he was working at Kmart, stocking shelves and sweeping floors.

At just 18, he launched his first entrepreneurial venture - selling nuts door to door. By 22, he had entered the mortgage and real estate sector.



Only a year later, when most young adults are renting their first apartments, he opened a supermarket in Santa Ana. The future mogul recognized the long-term opportunity of this business, making a smart move that could withstand any economic cycle.

Giving back is one of the driving forces behind his success. One of his key initiatives is the CHOC Thompson Autism Center, to which he pledged $1 million. His contributions also support organizations such as TACA, all focused on helping underserved and medically vulnerable children.

He has been married to model and entrepreneur Leyla Milani-Khoshbin since 2011. They reside in Newport Coast, California, with their two children, Priscilla and Enzo.
