Japanese rock musician and fashion designer best known for his work with the visual kei bands Malice Mizer and Moi dix Mois. As a fashion designer, he is notable as a popularizer of the Gothic Lolita fashion subculture. He has kept his real name a secret and has seldom spoken in public.
Mötley Crüe was one of his musical inspirations in high school.
He founded the clothing brand Moi-même-Moitié in 1999. He produced Kanon Wakeshima 's 2009 debut album, Shinshoku Dolce.
