Canadian actress best known for her role as Sonya on the CW television show Nikita . She also starred as Jenny Mills on the FOX television show Sleepy Hollow .
She studied dance and martial arts as a child and attended many musical theater schools in Canada before earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 2006.
She has had a number of film roles, including the role of Jenn in the 2011 film The Exit.
She was raised with her family in Toronto, Canada.
She co-starred with Shane West on the CW show Nikita.
