ABOUT LY JONAITIS
Venezuelan model and winner of Miss Venezuela 2006. She went on to represent her country at Miss Universe 2007 and took second runner-up. She has worked with known fashion designers including Christian Dior .
She has also worked with Metropolitan Models in France.
She became the eighth Miss Guanaco to win the Miss Venezuela pageant since 1952.
She was born Lydimar Carolina Jonaitis Escalona. She is of both Lithuanian and Venezuelan descent. She has a son named Salvador.
She competed in Miss Universe 2007 and came in second runner-up behind Natalia Guimaraes and winner Riyo Mori .
