American combat sports analyst and MMA journalist known for his work on CBS Sports and his work as a radio host on both The MMA Hour and Morning Kombat with Luke Thomas and Brian Campbell. His journalistic fame has led him to amass over 70,000 Instagram followers.
He joined the military before attending college. He participated in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program while in the military. He started training in Judo while he was in college and developed a passion for martial arts. He dedicated his career to MMA coverage in 2004 after he started his blog covering the sport.
