ABOUT LORI SLAYER

Fitness model, personal trainer and bodybuilder known for her sculpted physique and hard work in the gym. Her training sessions are typically long and grueling. She won the 2016 NPC Classic Figure Overall at the age of 29. She promoted fitness products including The T-bell and Flex Promo Meals.

She built a career as a fitness trainer.

She provided at-home training and also traveled to her client's homes. She served as an ambassador for brands including swimwear, supplements and sports clothing. Her son Gavin joined the United States Navy in June 2022. She has Japanese, Irish and Swedish heritage.
