ABOUT LJUBISA PRELETACEVIC
Luka Maksimović is a Serbian political satirist and activist known best for his fictional persona Ljubiša Preletačević. His character leads the parody political party Sarmu probo nisi created in 2016. He would go on to run in the 2017 Serbian presidential election under his comedy pseudonym.
He studied communications at Singidunum University with the hope of one day becoming a television presenter.
During his youth, he had a YouTube channel called Sarmuprobonisi where he would post short comedy videos.
He was born to Duško and Eva Maksimović in Belgrade, Serbia.
His goal with running for Serbian president in 2017 was to divert votes from prominent party members like Aleksandar Vučić .
