Lisa Bluder
ABOUT LISA BLUDER
Athlete who became famous as the head coach of the University of Iowa Women's Basketball team. She led the team to the 2022-23 NCAA women's basketball national championship game. She also coached ten seasons at Drake University and six seasons at St. Ambrose University.
She attended the University of Northern Iowa and Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa.
She was an assistant coach of the USA representative to the 1999 World University Games in Spain. In 2015, she served as the head coach of the U.S.A. women's basketball team at the Pan American Games.
She and her husband David Bluder have children named Hannah, Emma, and David.
She coached basketball stars such as Breanna Stewart and Moriah Jefferson .
