East Coast rapper known as Freeway who spent time as a member of State Property. He's also known for his solo albums Philadelphia Freeway and Free at Last.

He started rapping in high school and performed at local clubs. He was introduced to Roc-A-Fella Records by his friend Beanie Sigel .

His first two albums with State Property reached the top of the R&B charts and peaked in the top 15 of the Billboard 200.

He grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He and Peedi Peedi have performed together as part of State Property.
