She began writing stories, screenplays and plays when she was 12 years old.
She created a blog to post about travel, fashion, modeling, fitness and health. She studied sports management and business information at the University of Leipzig. She has done competitive cheerleading and has competed in world championships.
She was born in Langenfeld, Germany and raised in Kaiserslautern. She would later reside in Leipzig. Her partner for more than decade is named Marc Ruelius.
She and Wolfgang Joop are both German fashion designers.
