ABOUT LEANDRA MEDEIROS CEREZO

Fashion model who is known for having earned representation from Women Management, Elite Model Management, and Uno Models. She specializes in fashion modeling and also works as the creative director behind the French brand Givenchy.

She was first discovered by designer Riccardo Tisci and became the face of Givenchy in 2010. She walked in her first runway show in Sao Paulo in January of 2011. After several magazines and print work, she was chosen by Forbes as one of the 12 women who changed Italian fashion.

She became the first openly transgender person to ever participate in the opening ceremonies of an Olympics. She led the Brazil team into the stadium on her bike at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

She was born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She is the daughter of Brazilian football player Toninho Cerezo.

She was featured on the cover of Love Magazine where she was kissing Kate Moss .
