ABOUT LAWRENCE OLUWASEYITAN ALETILE
Comedian popularly known as Seyi Law and widely regarded as one of Nigeria's foremost comedians. He has won awards including Most Outstanding Comedian by Comedy Infusion and the Down Syndrome Foundation Nigeria award. He has amassed more than 850,000 followers on his seyilaw1 instagram account.
He attended the Lagos State Polytechnic where he majored in computer science.
He won the AY Open Comedy competition in September 2006. He started his professional comedic career in 2007.
He moved from Gabon to Nigeria at the age of six. In December 2020, he and his wife, Stacey Aletile, welcomed their second child, a girl named Tifeoluwa. The couple had their first child, Tiwa, in 2016. In September 2022, he announced the death of his mother.
He and Jim Iyke are both popular entertainers born in Gabon.
