ABOUT LAWAN AHMAD
Nigerian actor, filmmaker, and producer best known for his roles in Khusufi, Bana Bakwai, and Hurumi. In 2021, he had a role in the movie Hikima. He has amassed over 5 different on-screen roles throughout his ongoing career.
From 1987 to 1993, he attended his primary school at Nadabo Primary School. For his junior secondary school, he attended Government Day Secondary School.
He pursued his tertiary education at the Federal College of Education, Kano, from 2002 to 2004. He also attended Yusif Maitama Sule University Kano, from 2016 to 2017.
In 1999, he enrolled in the Kannywood Film Industry. He has garnered 1 million followers on his Instagram account lawanahmad, where he posts content about his family, lifestyle, and acting.
He and his wife have two sons and two daughters.
He starred alongside Nafisat Abdullahi in the film Bana Bakwai.
