ABOUT LAURA PAUSINI
Pop superstar and singer-songwriter who performs in both Italian and Spanish. She has sold more records than any female Italian singer in history. Her most popular hits include "Amores Extraños," "Se Fue," "Entre Tú y Mil Mares," "Volveré Junto a Ti" and "Víveme."
Her first singing performance was alongside her father in a Bologna restaurant in 1985. At the age of eight, she wrote her first song, "Lasciami Dormire," and at age 13, she recorded her first album titled I sogni di Laura.
In 2016, she won a Grammy Award for her Spanish album Escucha, making her the first Italian singer to win a Grammy. She's released more than 13 albums, including her 2002 English album titled From the Inside.
Her father Fabrizio Pausini is a pianist who played with Frida Lyngstad from the Swedish pop group ABBA . She began dating Paolo Carta in 2005, and they welcomed a daughter named Paola in 2013. They later got married in 2023.
Her album 20 - Grandes Éxitos featured duets with renowned artists the likes of Marc Anthony , Alejandro Sanz , Michael Bublé , Andrea Bocelli , Miguel Bosé and Kylie Minogue .
