ABOUT LARRY ROUNTREE III

Professional tailback that was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers as a sixth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Missouri . While at Missouri, he was twice named a member of the All-SEC Academic team.

He is a graduate of Millbrook High School. As a senior, he scored 21 touchdowns.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Washington Commanders during week one of the 2021 regular season. He recorded 36 rushes for 87 yards with one touchdown in twelve games played during his rookie season. He has also contributed as a returner for the Chargers.

He was born and raised in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

He played alongside Austin Ekeler as a member of the Chargers during the 2021 NFL season.
