Kenyan journalist whose career reached new heights when he was named the BBC Africa Business Editor. Prior to his appointment, he was a news anchor for Kenya Television Network, CNBC Africa and NTV.
He began studying communications at Daystar University in 2006.
In 2014, he started hosting a radio program called The Larry Madowo Show on Nation FM.
His mother Treazer passed away in 2001. He has a sister named Liz who works as a fashion blogger.
