Professional pitcher that was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals during the seventh round of the 2012 MLB Draft. He was signed by the Minnesota Twins on a minor league contract in June 2021.

He began his professional career playing for the Cardinals' single-A affiliate the Batavia Muckdogs.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Atlanta Braves on August 7, 2015 as a member of the Miami Marlins .

He is a native of Santa Clara, California.

He played alongside Miguel Sano during the 2021 MLB season.
