ABOUT KVITRAFN

Norwegian metal musician best known as the drummer for the bands Gorgoroth, Warduna, Sahg and more. He has also won acclaim for the music he has created for the History Channel drama Vikings.

He got his start as the drummer for the short lived metal band Bak de Syv Fjell in the mid-90's.

In addition to his soundtrack work on Vikings, he has appeared as a shaman on the show.

His real name is Einar Selvik. He has a son and a daughter.

Like Carl-Michael Eide , he is a drummer for popular Norwegian black metal bands.
