ABOUT KSENIA PENKINA

Professional chef who specializes in the art of Pastry. She is most famous for her Mirror Glazed cakes which feature multiple colors and combine special effects with baking. She is also known for offering a pastry-based Master Class cooking series based out of Vancouver.

She earned her culinary degree from Switzerland. She started sharing photos of her completed cakes to Instagram in January of 2016.

She launched her own signature line of Haute Food Colors which features both water soluble and oil soluble colors.

She was born and raised in Russia.
