Iranian musician with over 2.2 million followers on his Instagram account koorowsh. He has been influential in the development of mainstream Hip-Hop and R&B genres of music in Iran. His music combines influences from the East and West, creating a unique sound.
He was exposed to music at a young age, as his family was heavily involved in folk and traditional Iranian music. He began playing the guitar at the age of 8 and soon found his own distinct sound. Koorosh's career began to take off when he released his debut single 'Heavenly' in 2017.
He is the founder of the record label On Repeat. One of his most popular Instagram reels features a clip from a music video of a song he produced. It has gained over 3 million views.
He was born and raised in Tehran Iran, and moved to Istanbul Turkey.
He was a founding member of The Wantons with Sami Low .
