ABOUT KOLE CALHOUN

Outfielder who began his major league career with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in 2012. He was called up after making the Pacific Coast League All-Star team as a member of the Salt Lake Bees.

He was drafted by the Angels out of Arizona State University in 2010.

He was named the Kenny Myers Minor League Player of the Year in 2011.

He has siblings named Taylor and Shelby.

He replaced injured outfielder Vernon Wells on the Angles in 2012.
