ABOUT KIRRON KHER
Indian Bhartiya Janata Party politician and stage and screen actress. She appeared in more than thirty films between 1983 and 2014 and was elected to the Indian Parliament's Lok Sabha house in 2014.
She graduated from Punjab University, Chandigarh with a degree in theater.
For her role in the 2003 political movie, Khamosh Pani, she earned Locarno and Karachi International Film Festival honors.
Following her divorce from businessman Gautam Berry, she married fellow actor Anupam Kher . Her son, Sikander Kher, also had a successful acting career.
