Dance-pop singer who recorded the albums Life Goes On and Just One Day. The song "Letting Go" from Life Goes On was the soundtrack for the TV show Dawson's Creek. Later in her career, her single "Feel Your Love" topped the Billboard Dance Airplay Chart.
She began her music career in 1999 when she signed with Columbia Records.
As part of the group MYNT, she released a single called "How Did You Know" and the album Still Not Sorry.
She is of Italian and Puerto Rican descent. She married Randy Narod on May 25, 2013. They have a son named Brody together.
She collaborated with composer Jim Johnston on a song called "You Can Look But You Can't Touch" for the WWE Divas Nikki and Brie Bella .
