ABOUT KIM SIMMONDS
Welsh guitarist who is the founding member of the blues/rock band Savoy Brown.
He learned to play guitar while listening to his brother's blues records when he was a teenager.
He released his first solo album Solitaire in 1997.
He grew up with his family in Newbridge, Caerphilly, Wales.
Rod Stewart was once the supporting act for him and his band Savoy Brown in the 1970s.
