American rapper who rose to fame under the professional moniker Omillio Sparks. He is predominantly recognized for having been a member of the Philadelphia based rap group State Property.
He wrote the hook of Jay-Z's hit single "I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)."
He released his debut solo album The Inauguration in 2007.
He is from Philadelphia.
Both he and fellow rapper Beanie Sigel were in the rap group State Property.
