She attended the University of Pittsburgh and worked for the Pittsburgh City Paper Company.

She released the album Owl Time in 2012.

She was adopted when she was young and grew up in New Berlin.

She competed against Wiz Khalifa for having the best song at the Pittsburgh Hip Hop Awards.
